Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 2 years Experiences as Sales Supervisor in Property Industry.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Responsibilities
- Building strong network to achieve sales target define by the company.
- Implement, monitor and review Sales and Marketing Strategies.
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
- Create report on sales activities on regular basis.
Graphic Design
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledgeable about trend design for property.
- Required Skill(s): adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, graphic & video making software.

- Willing to work on public holidays/weekend.

Admin Sales
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably having experience in Property and also handle collection).
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Checking prices and contract are up to date.
- Reporting monthly sales result to the sales team.
- Supporting sales force with general operation to help reach the team’s objective.

Requirements

Quantity Surveyor Analyst
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably having experience in high rise building).
Responsibilities
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirement.
- Review maintenance and material cost as well as contract to ensure the best deal.
- Handle tenders for the work of Infrastructure, buildings, ME, landscape, WTP, and also the administration.
- Negotiations the price of infrastructure, building, ME, landscape, and WTP base on analysis, comparison, and MOU.
- Create a comparison of MOU and SBO material prices.
Quantity Surveyor Administration
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably having experience in project/QS admin).
- Willing to be placed in Batam.
Responsibilities
- Create SPK, PO, and IL.
- Create devcost and construction cost.
- Create invitations/correspondence to constructions or suppliers.
- Monitoring approval SPK, PO, IL, devcost, and construction cost.
Assistant Architect
